Analyzing organizations and their financial statements and verifying strengths of borrowers and sponsors. Conducting an in-depth review of the financial statements and noting any questionable or unexplained items.

Carrying out research on local markets including recent trends, strengths, and weaknesses.

Reading and summarizing office, retail and industrial tenant lease agreements and providing feedback to borrowers and lenders regarding tenant covenants, improvements and allowances.

On receipt of loan commitments, determining funding requirements and providing liaison to solicitors, lenders, engineers, appraisers, realtors, project monitors, and insurance consultants during funding process.

Negotiating rates, fees and other terms with lenders to obtain the best terms for the Client.

Being actively involved until all funding conditions are met and funding has been dispersed.
